Ingredients
1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Apricot Brandy
2 oz. Apricot Juice
2 scoops Ice Cream (slightly softened)

Glass type: Wine Goblet

Directions: Combine ice, Galliano, Apricot Brandy, Apricot Juice and Ice Cream in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a goblet. ( note blending well give you a smooth/frozen effect.)
