Ingredients
8 pint Coffee
2 cups Bailey Irish Cream
1/4 cup Sugar

Glass type: Pousse-Cafe

Directions: Make two pots of coffee, mix both the Irish Cream and the sugar with the coffee, and chill for a day. Also can be made into a frozen drink. If you want more alcohol, you can also mix some Irish Whiskey or Scotch, whatever your fancy.
