3 lump Ice
2 oz. Xoriguer Mahon Gin (Menorca)
Fill Bitter Lemon
1 slice Lemon

Glass type: N/A

Directions: Take long tube type glass (about 9oz), add ice and slice of fresh lemon, pour gin over ice upto top of 2nd cube (about 2oz). Top up with bitter lemon, stir and serve with straw.
